COVID19 Policy

How we are responding to Covid19 keeping our you safe

To ensure we are doing everything we can to reduce the risk of infection for our customers we will be taking the following approach with every party.

• Bookings are strictly for same household members only. No other persons are permitted to view or use the Equipment. 

• Tipi Joy cleaning method –

o All fabrics and soft furnishings will be washed/steamed at the

recommended 60 degrees.

o Hard surfaces will be washed with warm soapy water then anti bacterial

spray will be applied.

o Any items that cannot be cleaned to the required level will be removed

from the set up.

• All equipment will be packed at least 72hrs prior to the party and unpacked 72hrs after collection.
• All equipment will be left on the customers doorstep and I will not enter the premises.
• All set up instructions will be provided via video prior to the party date.
• I will adhere to social distancing rules at all times.
• PPE will be used
